What Do We Do?
Easy Dogs Shows provides the most secure, error free, and easy-to-use on line show secretary services for all show giving clubs at a very low cost. It is appropriate for regular shows, obedience, conformation, agility, fun matches, and sanction matches.
Easy dog Shows makes it easy to plan a great show with online entries.
Easy Dog Shows provides an instant confirmation of entry and the most secure on line payment process available.
Even a novice show secretary can easily use Easy Dog Shows. It is easy to add events, and classes, get up to date reports of current entries anytime from anywhere.
We train you to use the system. It is not complicated. You just need to be told what to do. We are there to help if you get stuck. The program is written to be easy.
Raise Extra Money
Easy Dog Shows allows your club to sell additional show related items such as souvenirs, parking, camping, special dinners, fund raising efforts, photography, adding these items to the one easy payment.
Entry Numbers
Once all the entries are in the system the entry numbers are automatically generated.
Arm Band Numbers: When using Easy Dog you can have the arm band numbers designed and printed to include a special area to have the name of your show or sponsor.
You can only use this template if you are using Easydogshows.com , It is set up for 8.5 x 11landscape style, for the first 1500 numbers.
Entry Information
The entry information can be supplied to you sorted in several ways.
The most common requests are for the entry information to come set up according to individual entry establishing amount paid owner, day entered, class, dog information. Please see sample A following.
Entries can come prepared catalogue style in a Word format, sized for 8.5 by 11 and divided according to breeds as is needed for catalogue printing. This allows you to insert advertising and breaks between breeds where you wish. You can change the font to larger if you wish but the system is set to a smaller font size to reduce printing cost. Please see sample B following.
Entries sorted alphabetically by owner are also available. Please see sample C following.

Being fully automated and 100% web-based, the Show Secretary can easily add events, change pricing, approve/reject/export entries and run reports, at any time of the day, without the involvement of our staff.

Our fees are affordable for even the smallest of shows. Our aim is to help your dog club have the easiest, most error free show possible.
Dog Exhibitioner Payment Options
Easy Dog Shows provides two payments options for show secretaries. Either way Easy Dog Shows does not charge the exhibitor an extra fee.
Option 1: Entries are paid directly to the Dog Club Paypal account. This is the securest way for exhibitors, as though Easy Dog Shows is a secure site, with option one, actually EDS forward your payment to the most secure online transaction method Paypal. This means you provide your credit card or bank card information to Paypal instead of us,
Option 2: Easy Dog Shows collects your credit card information which is also encrypted in our site, and once entered by you, is only revealed to the Show Secretary to process payment and later apply any applicable refunds. This is the old fashioned way to make entries and makes a lot of extra work for show secretaries, and it is slower and less secure than using Paypal. There is a delay in the transfer of funds to the club account.

Easy Dog Shows gives clubs control over the finances of their show, and at the same time save the club and exhibitors money.
Entry money is deposited directly into your club account at the time of entry. It doesn’t go elsewhere.
There are no extra credit card security issues.
